$1990 (pays for all required workshops for each participant). YOU SAVE! Taking workshops individually would cost $2425. Registration is limited to 20 participants for each program.
Certificate Schedule
A new certificate program is offered approximately every six months. Courses can be substituted with the program manager's permission if program still comprises nine days.

Certificate Workshops
IT Project Management |
|
Strengthen your IT project management skills through current information, case studies and project simulations. You will step through project management principles and the steps in closing a project. You will receive templates to use in creating project management processes back at the office.

Requirements Elicitation Methods and Models |
|
Focus on how to define functions, attributes, constraints, preferences, and expectations from clients. Techniques to gather the requirements will start with Brainstorming and conclude with Reverse Engineering, with participants practicing at least five of the methods. This class is BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) aligned.

Building 4-Dimensional Teams |
|
Organizations that want to succeed need high performance teams. This class helps reveal each person's native dimension and how to assimilate the other dimensions to become well rounded and four-dimensional. A free assessment for each member highlights which of the eight behaviors needs improvement.

|
People understand and remember better if information is presented visually. Yet most project information continues to be communicated verbally or in writing. In this workshop, you will discover the importance of visualizing project information and how to go beyond the standard Gantt chart to present it.

 PMP CREDENTIALS
Most NBDC project management workshops can be used to earn the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential awarded by the Project Management Institute.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNITS (PDUs)
NBDC workshops fill CCR (Continuing Certification Requirements) to maintain PMP certification. One contact hour equals one PDU. Applications require a $15 processing fee and must be turned in prior to taking a workshop. Call 402.554.2900 for an application. Visit www.pmi.org for more information. Many of our workshops are PDU-qualified activities under category four of the CCR handbook
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs)
Those who complete the certificate program can receive 4.9 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Apply for CEUs
