Leadership
(Online course) Leadership skills can help you gain the respect and admiration of others, while also allowing you to enjoy success in your career and more control over your destiny. This course will teach you how to use the principles of great leaders to achieve success in almost every aspect of your daily life.

Achieving Success With Difficult People
(Online course) Understand the factors that motivate team members to perform at higher performance levels. Distinguish between motivators and dissatisfiers and how motivation varies from team member to team member.

Exploring Project Risk Management
Arguably, risk management is among the least practiced of PMIs nine knowledge areas. Youll discover the value it can bring to your projects through a careful joint consideration of all the challenges and obstacles to getting the greatest benefit (and minimizing the cost of) risk management.

Communicating Projects Visually
People understand and remember better if information is presented visually. Yet most project information continues to be communicated verbally or in writing. In this workshop, you will discover the importance of visualizing project information and how to go beyond the standard Gantt chart to present it.

Expanding Your Leadership Potential
Leaders are made, not born. Exploring and expanding your leadership skills can help you earn the respect and cooperation of others. Even if you don't currently have a traditional management position, this course will help you apply the principles of great leaders to benefit every aspect of your life.

Taking Communication to the Next Level
Team leaders will learn the core communication skills effective in all types of communication, but especially in one-on-one conversations with management, peers, and team members.
