WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Gain the skills and techniques to develop a project schedule using this powerful software. Assign task dependencies, resources, and create leads and lags. Use and customize views, tables, filters, sorts, and reports to display your data the way you desire. Track projects by establishing baselines and assigning costs to resources and tasks.
As an extra bonus for students who take this class, permissions will be granted to review key lecture points online.
Prerequisite: University of Nebraska at Omaha's NBDC Training's "Successful Project Management" or "IT Project Management" workshop is highly recommended.
Duration: This is a two day workshop.

Interested in taking a class online? Online classes begin the 3rd Wednesday of each month and run for 6 weeks. The online class closest to this class is: Introduction to Microsoft Project 2007. NOTE: The "online class" cannot be counted towards UNO's Project Management Certificate Program.
