In general, how your business is going? Overall going very well. Sales were very good in 2009, and we continue to market the business to strive for higher goals in 2010.

What have been main your challenges? Cash flow, cash flow, cash flow! Other than that, just employee issues at times. Finding and keeping good employees even in the down economy is still challenging. Staying on top of maintenance issues and industry changes and trends.

What advice would you give? Expect the unexpected. We had our server go down and we were without computer usage for almost a month. Make sure you have savings or a reserve fund to account for unplanned expenses that will come up.
