Julie Burrell Lillig is the coordinator of NBDC's training division with 11 years experience in education and training. She specializes in building partnerships and has helped companies save thousands of dollars by assisting them in planning the most effective use of their employee growth and career development budgets. Burrell Lillig has written more than 20 grants for Nebraska companies and researches new programs for NBDC. She also authors NBDC's eNotes, a 1000+ member newsletter, and represents NBDC at professional organizations and local chambers. Prior to joining us in 2000, she worked in distance education and was part of a team representing seven community colleges that worked collectively to offer some of Iowa's first online Associates Degrees. Burrell Lillig is a graduate of Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa and holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and health.
