NBDC facilitated collaboration for JEO Consulting, an engineering firm with 130 employees, as they tackled strategic planning. Rob Brigham, president and CEO said the NBDC assistance paid off. “When the team would get stuck, the facilitators had another strategy so they could move forward.”

To date, 25 staff members from JEO have finished the collaboration training program. Brigham, who is pleased with the outcomes achieved, said, “what has been put into practice has been incredible.”
