NBDC facilitated collaboration for JEO Consulting, an engineering firm with 130 employees, as they tackled strategic planning. Rob Brigham, president and CEO said the NBDC assistance paid off. “When the team would get stuck, the facilitators had another strategy so they could move forward.”

To date, 25 staff members from JEO have finished the collaboration training program. Brigham, who is pleased with the outcomes achieved, said, “what has been put into practice has been incredible.”

I recently audited a training class that Beth Giesbrecht taught titled "Managing Projects". I was extremely impressed with Beth's energy and knowledge. She helped create the class, and I think the curriculum was right on for the time allowed and the need of the students. Her practical examples and knowledge of the subject made it easy to understand and learn. The simulation project was well designed, making the class fun and having everyone participate.
