DAN RUBEN is the executive director of Boston Green Tourism, a catalyst for expanding the use of environmentally-friendly practices in Greater Boston’s hotels. The affiliated hotels have earned 28 certifications from Energy Star, LEED, Green Key and Green Seal.
PETER COOKE led Maine’s nationally-recognized Environmental Leader programs, including the Maine Green Lodging Certification Program. Peter currently works for the Manomet Center for Conservation Sciences, where he organizes regional and national certification programs that help businesses become more sustainable.
