An intense four- to five-day team-based opportunity to learn by doing.
A kaizen improves processes quickly and fosters organizational problem solving.
A low-cost, effective approach to making rapid improvement in any area of the business process.
Creates and immerses a multi-functional team of employees in a week-long effort to develop a plan to solve a particular problem.
Through involvement of everyone from top managers to lowest level workers in the problem-solving process, a kaizen breaks down institutional barriers to communication.
NBDC/MEP facilitators
will lead the Kaizen effort and will help your company implement the resulting plan and create a foundation for a continuous improvement process.
