Kostecki has 35 years of industry experience specializing in supply chain operations, manufacturing, engineering, ERP and operations services. He has held senior management positions in food manufacturing, software development, consulting, product distribution, and electrical products. Kostecki has a proven track record as a change agent and has directed programs and projects that have saved companies millions of dollars.
GISELE OLNEY
BS, MS Information Systems, CLBM, LEI VSM and NIST MEP Lean Certification.
Olney has over 25 years experience in a wide variety of change and improvement implementation in manufacturing and administrative operations. She has led many successful lean transformations and information systems implementations. Olney provides leadership, team coaching and technical training to people at all levels during the process.
ROGER McCULLOUGH
BS, MS Biology, MBA, NIST MEP Lean Certification.
McCullough has 21 years of industry and management experience. He has an extensive background and a successful track record in biological batch processing, lot and ingredient tracking, product management, quality, environment, and safety. McCullough has successfully guided companies through process improvement, set-up reduction and effective materials flow utilizing Kaizen methodology.
RENEE HELD
BS, NIST MEP Lean Certification.
Held has 17 years of business and management experience. She has practical experience at effectively implementing Lean techniques within manufacturing and repeated success with installing manufacturing systems. Held’s background includes successful leadership in production control, LAN management, procurement, manufacturing systems and general business consulting.
