Total Productive Maintenance KaizenIf you would like to host a Kaizen event such as this, please let us know. Company rates differ from individual rates. This event is not included in the Lean Certificate program. This would be a separate training program and is listed here as an additional training opportunity.
For the certified lean practitioner, this workshop will provide you with valuable experience in Kaizen facilitation, team skills, project scopes, and implementation. Some implementers have never participated in a Kaizen before they try to lead one. This workshop will provide the opportunity to experience a hands-on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Kaizen event.
