Federal Contractor Certification

ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION

The Federal Contracting Certification online course offers the most up-to-date federal contracting content. This program was designed to meet the demands of American business owners and professionals and will be routinely updated to reflect legislative changes and new developments.

The training program is delivered online and consists of 40 hours of coursework and an on-site final exam. Once registered, you may take the course at your own pace. After successfully completing the course and exam, you will receive a lapel pin, certification logo for your business and a certificate of completion.

WHO WILL BENEFIT

Established businesses who wish to compete successfully for federal contracts and have a basic knowledge of prerequisites.

In level one you will cover:

  • Legal issues
  • >Business development, market research, marketing practices
  • How to read, understand and respond to a solicitation
  • Overview of contracting
  • Changes, terminations, protests
  • Subcontracting
  • Pricing, accounting structure, DCAA audits
  • >Bid evaluation and award, quality assurance standards

Optional advanced levels to the program will culminate in a Gold Certification for your company that advertises the highest level of expertise.

  • Level Two: Teaming, Joint Ventures and Legal Issues
  • Level Three: Industry Specific Issues, Regulations and Policies
  • Level Four: Special Certifications, Large Contract Vehicles
