Prerequisite: An understanding of the requirements necessary to become a certified PMP Professional (see www.PMI.org).
Summary:
In this course you will cover the information required to pass the PMP Test. You will be come familiar with PMBOK Guide terms, definition, and processes including the five process groups, nine knowledge areas, and the area of professional and social responsibility. You will practice an PMP exam simulation designed to simulate the actual exam in every detail. In addition, Flashcards with 300 of the most important and difficult to recall PMP exam-related terms will help with learning process. A walk-through of the application process is also part of the class.
